We have a 30-natural-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you an email including a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package (The return address is not the address we originally shipped from, it is the address: 2020 Elm Ct, Ontario, CA 91761). Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
- Cancel Order Process:
It should be applied before we have shipped the item.
If you want to cancel your order, log in to your account, view the order using the "Order History" link under the My Account menu, and click the Cancel button. We'll notify you via e-mail if we have approved. You can also cancel the order by contacting the email (firstname.lastname@example.org).
- Refund Process:
If you need to return an item, log in to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu, and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
1. Our responsibility
We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). No extra shipping service charge.

You may return unused items within 30 natural days of delivery for a full refund. But the return shipping costs will be paid by you customers.

phfmart is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If You received Your Order damaged, don't hesitate to get in touch with the shipment carrier to file a claim.
About refund money time
You should expect to receive your refund within 30 days of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly.
This period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (3 to 7 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 3 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (3 to 7 business days).
