I needed a lightweight blanket for the summer and found this one. Washed it immediately and although I do think it shrank a little bit, it still offers enough coverage for my queen size bed. The pattern looks so pretty on the bed and it's the perfect weight for summers when the A/C is running throughout the night. IF you have pets that sleep with you, beware the open weave of the pattern. Nails could get caught up in it!
I lay this over my bed sheet and so far it's turned out to be the perfect summer blanket. It's light weight, but heavy enough for those that miss the weight of a blanket on top of the bed sheet. Really ideal for warm weather. It's moderately soft- my preference is not to use it alone because there are softer alternatives out there. The blanket looks beautiful and has an attractive weave pattern.
I will definitely be buying two more of these blankets they are so soft easy to clean it's like sleeping on a cloud you're not going to want to take it off of your bed trust me is very cool to the touch and it keeps you cool but you don't get too cold if you have the air on is perfect I can't say enough things about it it is made with quality material I recommend it to friends and family thank you for making this product available to the public I appreciate you and your service
Im a big fan of this blanket. Its the perfect blanket for people who run on the warm side and also a great blanket for summer. Its easy to wash and doesnt take forever to dry. The softness and quality has stayed together over the year that Ive owned this product.
I share a bed with my dog, I use self tanner, and the washer/dryer in my building are old and clunky. In other words, the life expectancy for my white linens is far below average. This blanket, however, has exceeded expectations! It hasn't held any stains or gotten dingy, and it still looks almost brand new despite vigorous and frequent washing--no loose threads or stretching.
Additionally, the waffle weave is very sensory-friendly--visually & texturally. :)
PS: I am talking about THIS BLANKET SPECIFICALLY. None of the above is true for other blankets I've purchased that sounded identical to this one. She is special!!
